For the fastest response, submit a support ticket through the portal rather than emailing directly. This ensures your request is tracked, prioritized, and routed to the right person.
Response times: - Urgent (site down, critical bug): within 2 hours - Normal (questions, tasks, feedback): within 1 business day - Low (enhancements, nice-to-haves): within 3 business days
