How to Submit a Support Ticket
Submitting a clear, detailed ticket helps us resolve your issue faster and reduces back-and-forth.
Submitting a Ticket
- Go to portal.executionspace.com
- Click Submit a Ticket
- Fill in the form with as much detail as possible
- Click Submit
You'll receive an email confirmation with your ticket number.
What to Include
The more context you provide, the faster we can help:
- What you expected to happen
- What actually happened
- Steps to reproduce (if it's a bug)
- Screenshots or screen recordings — these are extremely helpful
- URL where the issue occurs
- Device and browser (if relevant)
Priority Levels
Choose the priority that best matches your situation:
| Priority | Use When |
|---|---|
| Urgent | Your site is down or a critical feature is broken |
| Medium | Something isn't working but has a workaround |
| Low | A question, enhancement request, or minor issue |
After You Submit
You'll be able to track your ticket status in the portal. We may follow up with questions — reply directly to the email notification or through the portal.
If you haven't heard back within the expected response time, feel free to reply to your ticket to bump it.
