Confidentiality & NDA

We take client confidentiality seriously. Here's how we handle your information.

Our Standard Practice

All client engagements at Execution Space are treated as confidential by default. We do not:

  • Share client data, strategies, or business information with third parties
  • Discuss client work publicly without explicit written permission
  • Use client credentials or access for anything beyond the agreed scope of work

Mutual NDA

For clients who require a formal agreement, we're happy to execute a mutual NDA before work begins. This covers both parties and is typically a straightforward document.

To request an NDA, mention it when your project kicks off or submit a ticket.

Access and Credentials

When you share access credentials with us (e.g., Shopify admin, hosting logins), we:

  • Store them in a secure, encrypted password manager
  • Restrict access to team members directly working on your project
  • Remove access promptly upon project completion or request

Data Retention

Project files, communications, and deliverables are retained for a reasonable period after project close. If you need a full copy of your project files, request it within 90 days of project completion.

Questions

For any privacy or confidentiality concerns, submit a ticket marked confidential or email us directly.
