Physical mailing address Required by CAN-SPAM law. Shown in the email footer. Auto-filled from your Shopify billing address.
Unsubscribe URL Optional. Adds an unsubscribe link to the email footer.
Customer next steps message The message customers see after a Jobber api_driven purchase — in their confirmation email and on the Shopify thank you page. Use line breaks to separate steps.

Send digest How often to send the automated activity summary: Off / Daily / Weekly / When there's activity
Send to The email address that receives the digest. Defaults to your Shopify store owner email.

Booking Link Delivery

The master on/off switch for the entire BookingItNow workflow.

Setting What it does
Enabled BookingItNow processes fulfilled orders and sends booking links/creates requests normally
Disabled All booking link delivery is paused. Orders fulfil normally but BookingItNow takes no action. Useful if you need to pause automations temporarily without uninstalling the app.

Order Tags

Automatically tag Shopify orders at each stage of the booking lifecycle. Useful for filtering orders or triggering Shopify Flow automations.

Setting What it does
Tag when booking link is sent Applied to the order when the customer receives their booking link or Client Hub link
Tag when booking is confirmed Applied to the order when the customer completes their booking (Calendly/Cal.com only)

Leave either field blank to skip tagging at that stage.

Jobber Settings (when Jobber is connected)

Setting What it does
Workflow mode Client Hub — sends customer a link to your Jobber portal. API-driven — creates the request directly in Jobber.
Pass customer address When enabled, the customer's Shopify shipping address (or billing address as fallback) is attached as the service property in Jobber
Client Hub URL Your Jobber Client Hub link. Shown as a "Track your request" button in customer confirmation emails and in your activity digest.
