What plans are available?

BookingItNow offers four plans:

All paid plans include a 30-day free trial — no credit card required to start.


How does the free trial work?

When you install BookingItNow, your store starts on a 30-day free trial with access to all features. At the end of the trial, you can subscribe to any paid plan to keep access to the features you've been using, or continue on the Free plan.


What happens when my trial ends?

If your trial ends without a subscription, your store moves to the Free plan. Features that aren't included in the Free plan (Request Storage, Field Builder, Service Area, etc.) are paused. Your configuration and data are preserved — nothing is deleted. If you subscribe later, those features reactivate automatically.


How is billing handled?

BookingItNow billing is handled entirely through Shopify. Charges appear on your Shopify invoice alongside your other app subscriptions. No separate payment details are needed.


Can I upgrade or downgrade?

Yes. Go to Settings → Subscription to change your plan. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you downgrade, features not included in your new plan are paused (your settings are preserved and will reactivate if you re-upgrade).


What is Service Area, and which plan includes it?

Service Area lets you define a geographic coverage zone for each service. Bookings from addresses outside the zone are flagged as Pending for your review. It's included in the Pro plan only. See the Service Area setup guide for full details.


What counts as a "booking"?

On current plans, there are no booking volume limits — your subscription gives you unlimited bookings for your plan tier. Billing is based on the feature set (Free / Starter / Growth / Pro), not on how many bookings you process.


What happens when I uninstall the app?

Your subscription is cancelled automatically when you uninstall. Your store data (services, forms, bookings, activity) is retained for 30 days after uninstallation in case you reinstall. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted.


I'm a partner or early customer — where do I find my discount?

Partner pricing is applied automatically. Go to Settings → Subscription to see your current plan, discount, and any complimentary period details.


Can I get a refund?

Billing is managed through Shopify's standard app billing terms. If you have a billing concern, contact us at support@bookingit.now and we'll do our best to help.


Do you offer annual billing?

Not currently. Monthly billing only. Annual options may be added in a future update.
