Reporting a Bug
Found something that isn't working? Here's how to report it so we can investigate fast.
Before You Report
- Refresh the page and try again — sometimes it's a one-time glitch
- Try a different browser — rules out browser-specific issues
- Clear your cache — stale cache causes a surprising number of issues
- Try incognito/private mode — eliminates extensions and cached data
If the issue persists, submit a ticket.
What to Include in Your Report
The more detail you provide, the faster we can reproduce and fix it:
- URL where the bug occurs
- What you were trying to do
- What happened instead
- Steps to reproduce — numbered steps are ideal
- Screenshot or screen recording — Loom is great for this
- Browser and device (e.g., Chrome 121 on MacOS, iPhone 15 Safari)
- How often it happens — every time, or intermittent?
Severity Guide
| Level | Description | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Critical | Site down or major revenue impact | Checkout broken, 500 errors |
| High | Core feature broken, no workaround | Product pages not loading |
| Medium | Feature broken, workaround exists | Filter not working |
| Low | Minor visual issue | Misaligned element on desktop |
Set the priority accordingly when submitting your ticket.
