Reporting a Bug

Found something that isn't working? Here's how to report it so we can investigate fast.

Before You Report

  • Refresh the page and try again — sometimes it's a one-time glitch
  • Try a different browser — rules out browser-specific issues
  • Clear your cache — stale cache causes a surprising number of issues
  • Try incognito/private mode — eliminates extensions and cached data

If the issue persists, submit a ticket.

What to Include in Your Report

The more detail you provide, the faster we can reproduce and fix it:

  • URL where the bug occurs
  • What you were trying to do
  • What happened instead
  • Steps to reproduce — numbered steps are ideal
  • Screenshot or screen recording — Loom is great for this
  • Browser and device (e.g., Chrome 121 on MacOS, iPhone 15 Safari)
  • How often it happens — every time, or intermittent?

Severity Guide

Level Description Example
Critical Site down or major revenue impact Checkout broken, 500 errors
High Core feature broken, no workaround Product pages not loading
Medium Feature broken, workaround exists Filter not working
Low Minor visual issue Misaligned element on desktop

Set the priority accordingly when submitting your ticket.
